Yes. All communication runs through private, per-client channels. We don't resell, share or publish your information, and any login credentials you provide are deleted once your engagement ends. Your identity is never attached to a public review without written consent — every review we publish is submitted anonymously, with no name, school or identifying detail attached.

They're used only to access your course, held securely for the duration of the work, and deleted at the end. We don't retain them and we don't reuse them for anything else.

We take deliberate steps to keep work defensible — subject expertise and natural pacing chief among them — and we're honest about the situations where risk is higher, such as live-proctored exams. We won't make absolute guarantees no service can truthfully make; instead we give you the information to weigh it yourself.

Two mechanisms. First, expertise: your work goes to a specialist, so the depth and vocabulary fit the course rather than reading generic. Second, pacing: we submit on the steady rhythm a diligent student would follow, not in a single overnight dump. Where useful, we mirror the tone of a sample of your earlier writing.

Yes. Everything is written from scratch for your specific prompt. We don't recycle stock material, paraphrase existing work, or spin one submission into another — that approach produces low-quality, detectable work, and it's exactly what we built our process to avoid.

Absolutely. Many clients ask their expert to walk them through the reasoning so they can discuss it or apply it next time. You decide how hands-on to be — from full handoff to a guided collaboration.

It depends on the type. Time-limited and many lockdown-browser exams are often workable; live human invigilation with a room scan usually isn't, and we won't claim otherwise. We handle short-notice exams regularly, subject to staffing a specialist in your subject for the window. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can cover it — and if we can't do it well in time, we'll say so rather than rush it.

Each engagement is quoted individually based on subject, workload, deadline and grade target, and delivered as one fixed all-in figure before work begins. We don't post flat prices because a single sticker number would either overcharge simple requests or underquote hard ones. See pricing for the full logic.

On most first engagements, no. We complete an opening task before upfront payment is due, and larger engagements are split into milestones you approve as we go — so you're never far ahead of the work you've seen.

On eligible courses where we committed a band in writing, our refund policy applies. We only ever commit to bands we can realistically reach, which is why the guarantee rarely has to be enforced.
