Who we are

The honest alternative in a market that shouts

MyOnlineClassHelp was built on a simple bet: that in an industry full of fake counters and empty guarantees, the students worth serving would rather have the truth. Everything about how we work follows from that.

Who runs this

Andrea Falcon, RN — founder

Andrea is a registered nurse who started this service seven years ago, working one-to-one with students who were drowning in coursework she recognised from her own training.

She built it the way she did because she had been on the other side of it. Nursing school is where you learn what an impossible week actually looks like — twelve-hour clinical days, a care plan due the next morning, pharmacology to revise, and a discussion board quietly collecting marks you have no hours left to earn. The students who came to her were not looking for a shortcut past learning. They were looking for a way to survive a semester that had been designed on the assumption they had nothing else in their lives.

For most of those seven years the business ran on word of mouth — one student telling another, one nursing cohort telling the next. There was no website. There was no marketing. The work came from people who had been helped and said so to a friend.

This site exists because that model has a ceiling. Word of mouth is the most honest form of growth and the slowest, and it only reaches people who happen to know someone. Andrea built this to reach the students who do not have that friend — and to do it without adopting the tactics that made her want to build an alternative in the first place.

“I have never once been asked to help someone cheat their way into a profession. I have been asked, hundreds of times, to help someone get through a semester that broke them. Those are not the same request, and this business only exists to answer the second one.”

What her background changes about how this works

A clinician founded this, and it shows in three places.

The nursing work is done by nurses. Andrea will not put a generalist on a care plan. The rationale section gives it away immediately — someone who has never nursed writes “to promote comfort” where a nurse writes the pathophysiology. That standard came from her and it is why nursing remains the strongest subject area on this site.

Proctored assessments are assessed before anything is agreed. Andrea holds a licence. She understands exactly what is downstream of an ATI predictor or a proctored final, so every proctored request is judged on how that specific exam is monitored, free, before a price is quoted: a timed test with no observation is routine work, a lockdown browser is usually workable, recorded proctoring is weighed case by case, and a live invigilator with a room scan and an identity check is declined. She is not willing to put someone else's licence at risk for a semester's grade, and holding that top line costs this business sales every month. It has never been up for negotiation. The full spectrum is published.

Nobody is told what they want to hear. If the arithmetic says a grade is out of reach, you are told in week ten rather than sold four more weeks of work. That came directly from clinical habit — you do not tell a patient the thing that is easiest to hear.

Spend ten minutes shopping for online class help and a pattern emerges fast. Every site claims a guaranteed A. Every site has a counter insisting hundreds of people are viewing right now. Every site stacks badges and five-star reviews with no names attached, and every site promises to defeat any exam security you can name. It's loud, it's identical, and — for anyone who's been burned once — it's the opposite of reassuring. The uniformity is itself the tell: when everyone makes the same maximal promise, the promise stops meaning anything, and the market fills with operators who take payment and vanish.

We started MyOnlineClassHelp because we thought there was room to do the exact opposite of all of it. Not louder claims — quieter, truer ones. Not more urgency — none. Not a guarantee on everything — a realistic promise on the things we can actually deliver, and honesty about the things we can't. This page is about that choice and what it means for you.

What we actually are

We're a small, deliberately selective academic-support service. When your online course has outrun the hours in your week, we put a vetted specialist in charge of the work that's drowning you — a single assignment, a stubborn subject, or the whole term — and return your time to you. We are not a tutoring marketplace matching you to whoever's available, and we are not a study-tips blog. We're the people you call when you need the work done, done well, and done in a way that holds up.

The principles we won't compromise

Three commitments shape every decision we make, and they're the reason we look and behave differently from the rest of the market.

Candour over hype

No fake counters, no countdowns, no guaranteed-A-on-everything. We tell you what's realistic, including when the answer is no.

Expertise over templates

Every course goes to a genuine specialist. We'd rather turn work away than fake competence we don't have.

Trust over the quick sale

Fixed prices, first task before upfront payment, credentials deleted after. We optimise to be used again, not just once.

Why candour is also good business

It would be reasonable to assume all this honesty is just idealism, and that a shrewder operator would promise more and worry later. We'd argue the opposite. In a market whose dominant customer fear is "will you take my money and disappear," the binding constraint on winning a customer isn't urgency — it's credibility. Every fake counter a competitor displays actively costs it trust with the sceptical buyer it most needs to convince. By refusing those tactics and being visibly willing to say no, we send a costly, credible signal: we have something to lose by lying, so we don't. That earns the trust that a countdown timer never could. Doing right by students and building a durable business turn out to be the same strategy.

Who we're for — and who we're not

We're for the working adult whose shift ate an exam window, the accelerated-program student one lost week from disaster, the parent whose term collided with a family emergency, and the capable person stuck behind a single gen-ed requirement. We're not for anyone looking for a magic guarantee no honest service can keep — those customers are better served by the sites making promises we won't. Losing them is a price we're glad to pay for the trust of everyone else.

The team behind it

Small, vetted, and matched to your subject

We keep the team tight and the standards high. Meet the kind of specialists your work is matched to.

Work with the honest option

Tell us what's due. A real person replies within about two hours with a straight answer, then prices the work — no pressure, no obligation.
